WGP Digital based in Petersfield, Hampshire have worked closely with us on many technology projects, these include providing multiple 360 photography/virtual tours of sub-stations, access points and other safety conscious infrastructure. These virtual tours have been custom built with multiple layers of safety documents, mapping, safety videos and are VR compatible. WGP Digital have also been instrumental in content capture and editing for our safety training videos. The company has extensive experience in all forms of 2d and 3d measured surveys, laser scanning and UAV survey and inspection. They are passionate about the use of technology in the surveying and the railway industry.

Rob Sherrin

Principal Consultant: Rob has over 25 years’ experience of the electricity supply industry and railway electrification. With experience as a senior authorised person, control engineer and incident manager he has an excellent understanding of infrastructure and electrical safety principles. As an experienced programme manager and network operations manager his safety experience comes with a practical understanding of the risks and hazards associated with the electrification systems.
Rob is a qualified business coach and leadership development expert as well as a City and Guilds trainer and Assessor.

Jamie - Leeps

Jamie Duffy

Senior Consultant: Jamie has over 20 years experience in rail construction – starting on the tools and progressing to the role of senior construction manager. He is a member of the Institute of Occupational Safety (IOSH) and a qualified City and Guilds Trainer and Assessor. He has practical experience of managing and delivering large scale, high value rail electrification and rail construction projects and an in depth understanding of the safety culture necessary to safely deliver works within the rail environment. He holds safety critical competencies such as COSS OLP, Machine Controller, Crane Supervisor, Cable Train Delivery Systems Trainer, HV Assessor and Competent Person and several other key railway competences. Jamie has practical experience of mentoring the workforce so enabling an improved safety culture.

Ian - Leeps Consulting

Ian Hammond

Senior Consultant: Ian is a career railwayman with extensive experience across electrification and operations. He is an industry recognised expert on electrical control and isolation planning and has most recently been designing and delivering related training courses. As an experienced Electrical Control Manager he has contributed to the shaping of railway electrification safety rules and isolation planning process design. Ian holds various training qualifications and has extensive experience of niche electrification and control function training courses.
