Information about LEEPS Consulting

Leeps Rail Safety

Founded in 2014 by Rob Sherrin, LEEPS Consulting had two objectives; to support the Rail and Electricity Supply Industries in eliminating high voltage electrical accidents and to expand the footprint of railway electrification.  To date, we have worked in collaboration with Network Rail and other key industry partners to trial and develop the next generation of electrical isolation and earthing practices.

We specialise in designing, implementing and delivering bespoke electrification safety training programmes across the UK high voltage and traction electricity infrastructure. The need to prevent further serious workforce incidents, plus the requirement to fully comply with the UK Electricity at Work Regulations, continually provides us and our clients with opportunities to improve processes, behaviours and infrastructure.

As LEEPS Consulting has grown, it has developed into the area of behavioural safety, culture change and employee engagement programmes. These provide the biggest opportunity for safety performance improvement.  Further engagements have followed to support SMEs to expand their range of leadership insights and mental wellbeing awareness.

All our programmes are designed to be time efficient and cost effective for SME enterprises, who wish to create strong and vibrant relationships and are aiming for high levels of performance.
